RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At OVRLD, we maintain strict quality standards for all our products. To ensure fairness and operational efficiency, we follow a no-return policy. However, we do allow exchanges under limited circumstances as outlined below.


No Returns

All purchases made on ovrld.com are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been successfully delivered.


Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange of the same product only under the following circumstances:

Size Exchange

If the ordered size does not fit, customers may request a size exchange for the same product, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are eligible for an exchange for the same product.


Exchange Request Window

Exchange requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery through our exchange portal. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.


Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must remain intact.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

OVRLD reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the returned item does not meet these conditions.


Additional Exchange Conditions

To prevent misuse of the exchange policy, the following conditions also apply:

  • Products that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant stains, makeup marks, or alterations will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Unboxing videos or clear images may be required for damaged or incorrect product claims. Claims without sufficient proof may not be approved.
  • Exchanges requested due to personal preference such as change of mind, color preference, or style choice will not be accepted.

Exchange Limit

Only one exchange request per order will be permitted. Multiple exchanges for the same order will not be processed.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional events
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging
  • Exchange requests made after the allowed request window

Exchange Pickup Fee

All approved exchanges are subject to a ₹99 pickup and logistics fee, which will be charged during the exchange process.


Product Inspection

All returned items will undergo a quality inspection once received by our team.

If the returned product fails inspection, the exchange request will be declined and the product may be returned back to the customer.


Stock Availability

All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, our team will assist you with the next available option.


Processing Time

Once the returned product passes inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
