SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the processing, dispatch, shipment, and delivery of products purchased from OVRLD through its official website.

By placing an order with OVRLD, the customer agrees to the terms described in this policy.

OVRLD is committed to ensuring transparency and efficiency in its logistics operations while working with reliable third-party courier partners for order fulfillment.


1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

OVRLD currently ships across India only.

Orders are delivered through trusted third-party courier partners depending on serviceability of the customer’s delivery location.


2. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Order processing includes:

  • payment verification
  • product quality check
  • packaging and preparation for dispatch

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Once an order is processed and dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email or message containing the tracking details.


3. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location and courier partner operations.

Most orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary for certain regions or remote locations.

All delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond the control of OVRLD, including courier disruptions, weather conditions, operational issues, or regional restrictions.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

OVRLD offers free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

At present, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipment tracking link via email or SMS.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery progress using the tracking information provided.


6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier partners may attempt delivery up to three (3) times before marking the shipment as undeliverable.

Customers are advised to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package during the delivery window.


7. FAILED DELIVERY & RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to reasons including:

  • incorrect or incomplete address
  • customer unavailability during delivery attempts
  • refusal to accept the package

the order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO) and returned to the OVRLD warehouse.

If a prepaid order is returned to origin, a refund of the order value minus both-side shipping charges (forward and return shipping) will be processed.

Refunds will typically be issued within 7 business days after the returned shipment is received and verified.


8. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout.

OVRLD shall not be responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


9. THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING PARTNERS

OVRLD works with independent courier partners for shipment and last-mile delivery of orders.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines and transit operations are managed by the logistics provider.

While OVRLD will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues, the company cannot guarantee courier performance once the shipment is in transit.


10. FORCE MAJEURE

OVRLD shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in shipping caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters
  • strikes or transportation disruptions
  • government restrictions
  • public emergencies
  • courier service interruptions

In such cases, shipping timelines may be extended without liability.
